  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and your acceptance of service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken by the complainant within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
